At Greendale Community Theatre, we take great pride in giving back to the community. By keeping our ticket prices some of the lowest in the Milwaukee area for the quality of theatre provided, we have helped raise $63,766.12 for local charities - truly "redefining" community theatre. We are reaching out to OUR community to help us keep our ticket prices static for years and years to come. GCT has two sources of funding: sponsorships/donations and ticket revenue. We are entirely self-sustaining - in fact, staff members do not get paid if we don't bring in enough money in ticket sales (don't worry, they agree to that ahead of time!). As you can imagine, the cost of raising the curtain on productions as risen dramatically since our 2003 inception - from rights and royalties to costumes to building materials and everything in between. We want to continue to perform the quality of theatre that you have come to expect from GCT through the years, and to do so, we need your help.
